SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT<\/h3>\n<p>The subject of this Agreement is the sale and performance of tickets, participation\/stands, sponsorships and similar services and products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER&#039;s website https:\/\/antalyaturizmfuari.com within the scope of the Antalya Tourism Fair, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding these services and products.<\/p>\n<h3>3. PRODUCT\/SERVICE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION<\/h3>\n<p>The type of product\/service, quantity, sales price including VAT, and payment method are as stated in the order summary and on the payment screen. Payments are collected securely via Garanti BBVA virtual POS infrastructure using 3D Secure. Card information is not stored by the SELLER.<\/p>\n<h3>4. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and electronically approved the basic characteristics of the product\/service subject to this Agreement, the sales price, the payment method, and preliminary information regarding its performance.<\/li>\n<li>The BUYER declares that they have read and approved this Agreement, the Pre-Information Form, and the Cancellation\/Return conditions prior to placing their order.<\/li>\n<li>If the SELLER is unable to provide the service on time due to force majeure, the SELLER will inform the BUYER; the BUYER may cancel the order and receive a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. PERFORMANCE \/ DELIVERY<\/h3>\n<p>Tickets and digital products will be sent electronically to the BUYER&#039;s email address after payment confirmation. For products requiring physical delivery, delivery is subject to the terms of the Delivery Agreement.<\/p>\n<h3>6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>\n<p>The BUYER has the right to withdraw from contracts relating to the performance of services within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery\/performance date without giving any reason. However, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts relating to event\/accommodation\/entertainment services (including fair entrance tickets) that must be performed on a specific date or period. In cases where the right of withdrawal is valid, notification should be made to info@antalyatourismfair.com and the amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 14 days.<\/p>\n<h3>7.
